## 6. Customer-Provided Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers who provide artwork, logos, designs, trademarks, photographs, graphics, names, or other intellectual property to RPS Apparel represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorization to use and reproduce those materials.
The customer grants RPS Apparel permission to use the provided materials solely as reasonably necessary to:
* Prepare samples
* Create production files
* Manufacture the ordered products
* Print or embroider the materials
* Package the products
* Fulfill the customer's order
* Provide related services
RPS Apparel does not claim ownership of customer-owned intellectual property solely because it is provided to us for production.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, trademark rights, copyrights, or other authorizations.
## 7. Intellectual Property Infringement
Customers agree not to submit artwork or other materials that infringe or violate another person's or company's:
* Copyright
* Trademark
* Patent
* Trade dress
* Privacy rights
* Publicity rights
* Other intellectual property rights
RPS Apparel may refuse to manufacture products if we reasonably believe the requested production may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
The customer agrees to be responsible for claims arising from customer-provided materials that the customer was not authorized to use.
## 8. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by RPS Apparel may include:
* Product pricing
* Quantity
* Materials
* Decoration method
* Production timeline
* Shipping costs
* Payment requirements
* Other order-specific terms
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are estimates and may be subject to change before an order is formally accepted.
A quotation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order.
RPS Apparel may revise a quotation if there are changes to quantity, specifications, materials, artwork, shipping requirements, production requirements, or other circumstances affecting the order.
## 9. Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted when RPS Apparel confirms the order and any required payment or deposit has been received, subject to applicable order terms.
RPS Apparel reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
* Product or materials are unavailable
* The requested design cannot reasonably be produced
* The customer has provided inaccurate information
* The transaction appears fraudulent
* Required payment has not been received
* The requested product violates applicable law
* Production requirements cannot be met
* A material pricing or website error has occurred
If RPS Apparel cancels an order after receiving payment and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
## 10. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website, quotations, invoices, or communications may vary depending on:

* Customization

RPS Apparel reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

For custom, wholesale, and bulk orders, RPS Apparel may require:

## 12. Online Payment Authorization

Payment processing may be performed by an independent third-party payment provider.
RPS Apparel does not intentionally request customers to send complete credit-card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through email, social media, or unsecured communications.
Customers should use only authorized payment methods provided by RPS Apparel.
## 13. Deposits and Production Payments
For custom and bulk orders, payments or deposits may become non-refundable once production-related expenses have been incurred.
This may include situations where RPS Apparel has:
* Purchased fabric
* Purchased materials
* Cut fabric
* Started production
* Started printing
* Started embroidery
* Created custom labels
* Purchased custom packaging
* Reserved production capacity
* Created samples
* Created production files
* Committed other resources specifically to the customer's order
Specific deposit and cancellation terms may be included in the applicable quotation, invoice, or manufacturing agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
## 14. Production Times
Production times provided by RPS Apparel are generally estimates unless a specific guaranteed production date has been agreed to in writing.
Production time may be affected by:
* Order quantity
* Product complexity
* Material availability
* Customer approvals
* Artwork changes
* Sample approvals
* Production capacity
* Equipment availability
* Holidays
* Supply-chain disruptions
* Circumstances outside RPS Apparel's reasonable control
Customers will be notified where a significant production delay becomes known.
## 15. Customer Approval
For custom orders, RPS Apparel may provide mockups, samples, specifications, or other production information for customer approval.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing approved materials before production begins.
Approval may confirm:

* Artwork
* Colors
* Placement
* Sizes
* Quantities
* Product specifications
* Decoration method
* Other relevant production details
Once approved and production begins, changes may require additional charges and may not always be possible.
## 16. Minor Manufacturing Variations
Custom apparel manufacturing may involve reasonable variations in:
* Color
* Fabric texture
* Measurements
* Print placement
* Embroidery placement
* Stitching
* Finishing
* Dye lots
* Material appearance
Where such variation is commercially reasonable and does not materially affect the agreed product specifications, it will not necessarily constitute a defect.
Specific tolerances may be agreed upon for particular manufacturing orders.
## 17. Shipping
Shipping is governed by the RPS Apparel Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

* Carrier delays
* Other circumstances outside RPS Apparel's control
RPS Apparel does not guarantee delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed delivery arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
## 18. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the RPS Apparel Refund & Returns Policy.
Eligible standard products may generally be returned within **7 calendar days from delivery**, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Custom, personalized, printed, embroidered, made-to-order, wholesale, and bulk products are generally not eligible for ordinary returns unless defective, incorrect, damaged, materially different from the approved specifications, or otherwise subject to applicable law.
## 19. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a product that is defective, materially incorrect, or materially different from the approved order specifications, the customer should contact RPS Apparel within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
RPS Apparel may request photographs, videos, samples, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
If a legitimate manufacturing or fulfillment error is confirmed, RPS Apparel may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, correction, refund, or another agreed resolution.
## 20. Cancellations
Customers should request cancellations as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible after production has started or resources have been committed to an order.
For custom and bulk orders, cancellation terms may be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.
## 21. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
* Providing accurate contact information
* Providing accurate shipping information
* Providing accurate order specifications
* Reviewing quotations
* Reviewing invoices
* Approving designs and samples
* Providing legally authorized artwork
* Making payments on time
* Following product care instructions
* Inspecting products after delivery
* Notifying RPS Apparel of legitimate problems within the applicable timeframe
RPS Apparel is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
